The Valuepoint Group uses this mobile app for all Enterprise Communication needs with internal employees, business units and partners as well as end customers.

There are various different types of channels to which users are invited to. Once subscribed to a channel, users will receive broadcasts, multicasts and unicast messages as and when they are sent out on the respective channels. Chats on Enquiries and Service requests can be made through this app. Users can access and respond to the various directories and forms available on the app.

Users can unsubscribe from a channel anytime they wish, to stop receiving any further broadcast messages.
